As part of the Property Management team, Steve ensures that all properties within Prime’s portfolio meet the company’s high standards throughout the operational phase.
With more than 15 years’ experience in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry, Steve works closely with contractors and tenants to provide technical advice, monitor compliance and ensure any necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out promptly and to the highest standards. In addition to his advisory and monitoring duties, Steve also project manages minor capital works and annual lifecycle programmes.
"The role is different every day but at it's core, it's collaborating with others to find solutions to complex problems, which is rewarding work. It plays to my strengths as a people person, and using my technical experience, all in aims to make sure the buildings we’ve developed work the way they should for the people who work within them. "
