Vikki plays a key role in shaping Prime’s strategic direction, strengthening governance and operational performance and supporting the development of its people and culture.
She has overall responsibility for Prime’s operational and financial performance, ensuring the organisation achieves its commercial objectives and maintains effective day-to-day oversight. She leads the implementation of business strategy, working closely with the Executive and Board to align financial discipline, operational delivery and strategic priorities to support sustainable growth.
Having been with Prime since 2009, she brings extensive experience of NHS, public sector and investor requirements, supporting the creation of robust project structures that deliver long-term value for clients, partners and investors.
She is also a Board Director for Dorset Estates Partnership, Somerset Strategic Estates Partnership and Plymouth Estates Partnership, all of which are NHS strategic partnerships.
