Serena is responsible for a portfolio of more than 20 primary care centres in Staffordshire, Birmingham and Solihull, ensuring that properties are maintained to the highest standards and any building issues are resolved swiftly to minimise disruption.
Serena works closely with head tenant Community Health Partnerships and facilities management providers to coordinate activity and ensure developments delivered by Prime remain safe, compliant, and available for use by the occupiers at all times.
