Prime has been appointed to multiple lots on Pagabo‘s new Developer-Led Framework, reinforcing its ability to support NHS organisations and other public sector bodies in delivering long-term estate transformation programmes across the UK.
The four-year framework provides a compliant route to market for organisations seeking specialist development expertise, investment solutions and delivery support for complex estate challenges.
The appointment builds on Prime’s extensive experience delivering long-term healthcare partnerships across the NHS. During the previous framework term, Prime established Strategic Estates Partnerships with three NHS trusts, with a further two organisations subsequently joining one of those partnerships, creating a platform for long-term collaboration, strategic estate planning and investment.
As NHS providers continue to face growing demand, ageing infrastructure and increasing pressure on capital resources, developer-led models can play an important role in helping organisations unlock delivery capacity and bring forward investment in their estates.
