Mary-Kate Irving

Mary-Kate has over 17 years of legal experience across private practice and in-house roles, qualifying as a solicitor in 2020. Her background is in commercial law, with specialist expertise in construction-related matters and several property-focused organisations including FirstPort, Rentokil Initial, and Wintech, giving her valuable insight into the sector.
Prior to joining Prime, Mary-Kate held key legal roles at Freightliner Group Ltd, ERIKS UK & Ireland, and Nasstar, where she advised on a wide range of commercial and operational issues. Her pragmatic approach and deep understanding of infrastructure and safety regulation make her a strong asset to Prime’s legal and commercial team.
Mary-Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Essex and completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Birmingham. She has also undertaken specialist training in international arbitration with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
