It provides key workers with desirable accommodation in the local community designed to support wellbeing. It addresses the high demand for desirable accommodation for key workers, which we know enhances the recruitment of health and care staff to the NHS and other health and care settings.
Prime will build, fit out, and furnish the new accommodation to a desirable standard. Hyve manages the tenants, which removes the management risk for NHS trusts.
