Iain is a qualified solicitor and has played a leading in role in the delivery of the Group’s major developments and investments for more than 17 years across the whole health and care sector.

Highlights include:

• Project Legal & Commercial Director for the development of The Harborne Hospital in Birmingham for HCA
• In-house counsel leading on sale of £250m primary care investment portfolio to Primary Health Properties plc
• Member of Prime’s commercial & legal team assembling a £250m NHS LIFT primary care portfolio funded by Aviva, Barclays and HICL
• In-house counsel leading on investment to deliver 150m Euro primary care portfolio in Ireland funded by HICL, EIB, Talanx Asset Management and MUFG

His experience includes real estate investment management, development, construction, public procurement and risk management.
