Emma Sargent

As a senior member of the construction team, Emma is focused on project delivery, ensuring schemes meet the expectations of clients and are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest possible standards.
She provides an invaluable link between the client and the design and construction teams, providing an integral role in managing the build.
Emma’s varied experience includes major new build projects, such as the Birmingham Dental Hospital and School of Dentistry for Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. More recently she has overseen the construction of The Harborne Hospital for HCA Healthcare UK, which is a state-of-the-art, £100m hospital in Birmingham bringing together expert consultants and specialist clinicians.
Emma has worked on a number of commercial projects being delivered through Prime’s Strategic Estates Partnerships, including access and parking schemes for three NHS Trusts, such as the award-winning Dorset County Hospital Multi-Storey Car Park for Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Emma is also the Corporate Function Lead for the group’s Business Management System, which focuses on the company’s commitment to quality and the environment.
"As I operate within the tightest of timescales mine is a pressurised role, but I’ve always enjoyed the cut and thrust of delivering a build and supporting Clients and contractors on site. At the end of a project I get great satisfaction from seeing the tangible results of my work, an operational building, a collaborative vision delivered and a community reaping the benefit."
