Beth leads the People and Wellbeing function at Prime, driving strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience across the entire lifecycle—from attraction and onboarding to development, engagement, and retention. Responsible for payroll, recruitment, employee benefits, Prime’s training programme, and Investors in People accreditations, ensuring both compliance and continuous improvement.
Beth is committed to embedding wellbeing into every stage of the employee journey, fostering a culture where individuals feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive. Aligning closely with Prime’s core values to contribute towards a resilient and high-performing workforce.
Beth obtained her Bachelor of Law from Staffordshire University and is CIPD qualified. Bringing a wealth of experience, Beth has previously worked in HR and Payroll Management roles across the manufacturing industry.
