Previously located in a converted house, New Hall Surgery had always been linked to Hull University and was keen to offer GP training.
However the existing premises were not large enough and so the search began to locate the ideal development plot. Prime worked with the practice to secure a piece of land from Hull City Council and Barratt Homes.
As part of the planning approval for the new centre, Prime agreed to fund two new basketball facilities, as well as a nature area for the local primary school to use. The new facility now offers the GP training they were aiming for, as well as offering GP services, minor surgery, podiatry, teenage health clinics and substance abuse clinics.
