Prime has been shortlisted for the LaingBuisson Property Developer of the Year Award 2018.
Prime is one of six companies to make the 2018 shortlist for the prestigious industry award, which recognises developers with an excellent track record of site development in the health or social care sectors.
To be considered for the Award, Prime had to demonstrate its expertise in site identification, planning, design and building and evidence positive client feedback about its work. The Prime entry included details of the recently opened Belong Care Village in Newcastle-Under-Lyme – a development success story which aptly demonstrates Prime’s ability to drive projects forward at pace with intelligence and innovation.
Prime will attend a gala dinner at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel on Thursday 15 November 2018 to find out if they have successfully taken the top honours.
Leighton Chumbley, Chief Executive for Prime plc said: “We are thrilled to make the shortlist for the LaingBuisson Property Developer of the Year Award and for our work in the health and social care sector to be recognised in this way. We are really proud of our projects and our people. To win this award would be a fitting tribute to all the work that goes into creating outstanding health and social care facilities that quickly become part of the communities they serve.”
The LaingBuisson Awards are held annually to celebrate industry excellence and innovative services in the public, private and third sectors. Now in their 13th year, the Awards span an array of categories from property, investors & finance and innovation & leaders, to social care, clinical services and healthcare advisors. Each award is independently judged.
