The old Mace Street Clinic was in a cold, damp building with a leaking roof but was situated in an ideal location, next to an ambulance station and other community facilities.
Therefore when the practice approached Prime for a solution, the team agreed theirs was the perfect site and set about constructing a temporary facility. This was used while their existing building was demolished and redeveloped into the new purpose-built medical centre.
