Nici works within Prime’s marketing team, supporting both the core business and its joint ventures, including Hyve. She leads on digital strategy, shaping Prime’s online presence through website development, email marketing and SEO.

With a strong focus on brand integrity, Nici ensures all marketing materials – digital, print and physical – are consistent with Prime and Hyve’s brand guidelines. She oversees supplier relationships, coordinates photography and maintains accessible brand toolkits and asset libraries. Nici also supports the rollout of Hyve’s interior branding, working closely with designers and contractors to ensure physical spaces reflect the brand’s identity.

Her work helps build meaningful connections with clients, partners and communities, while keeping Prime’s visual identity clear, consistent and impactful.
