Ian Tuddenham

Ian brings over 30 years of experience in the property sector to Prime, specialising in primary, community and acute healthcare development.
As Development Director, Ian leads multidisciplinary teams through all project phases, from site identification and acquisition to planning approval and construction. His expertise in senior stakeholder management, supply chain management and delivering strong commercial outcomes is invaluable to Prime’s innovative healthcare projects.
Ian’s notable projects include overseeing a £60 million mental health hospital for Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust and a £13.5m community health and wellbeing centre for Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust.
Outside of work, Ian has recently completed a two-year role as a Non-Executive Director/Trustee for the Forward Education Trust.
