Catherine brings much experience and expertise to her role as a Development Manager at Prime. With a focus on developing key worker accommodation aligned with both corporate objectives and individual client needs, Catherine combines her specialist knowledge with technical ability to drive results.
In her day-to-day responsibilities, Catherine manages relationships with clients, design teams, consultants and planning officers. She navigates risk management and mitigation strategies while ensuring adherence to all business processes, including statutory and government requirements. Catherine also ensures knowledge continuity throughout project lifecycles, maintaining an understanding of construction phases to enhance project delivery.
Before joining Prime, Catherine had worked in the affordable housing development sector for 15 years in various positions from inception through to practical completion. These housing developers include Piper Homes, Sanctuary Group, Citizen Housing and Bromford. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing Studies.
